Refunds on Memberships

Refunds on Printed Materials
All orders for printed materials, including but not limited to postcards, flyers, and other promotional items, are non-refundable. Once printed, these items cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances. We strongly encourage you to review your order carefully before submitting.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (for eligible Associate Memberships only), please follow these steps: Use and Implement the program for a Full 30 Days. Demonstrate that you have actively used the system and resources provided, including but not limited to setting up your Affiliate Link and beginning multiple marketing efforts. Then contact our support team and provide your name and a brief explanation of why you’re requesting a refund. Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

Refunds will only be issued for Project X Associate Memberships within the specified 30-day guarantee period.
Refunds are not available for printed materials, as these are custom-produced to order.
Refunds will not be granted for lack of action, incomplete setup, or failure to use the resources provided. Please provide proof of actions you took to implement the program.
If a refund is approved, the funds will be processed back to the original payment method used for purchase.
